Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship to addresses throughout the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method available.

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.

If your package appears to be lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable period, please contact us at

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
